The space The heart of the house is a large, 70 m² (750 sq ft) living-dining room, which is bright and opens onto the terrace. Home theater with a large-screen projector, TV box, DVD player, and AirPlay/Chromecast compatibility. In the evening, the cinema comes to you. Three sofa beds, including a convertible one (140×190), complete the space. The fully equipped open kitchen includes an American fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, induction stove, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The large terrace with summer kitchen (charcoal barbecue, sink, garden furniture) is ideal for al fresco dining.
