Located between Tours and Amboise, only 50 km from the ZooParc de Beauval, it offers a peaceful and friendly setting to relax and fully enjoy the region. An ideal place to combine relaxation, comfort and cultural discoveries. The space Main Floor: - Large living/dining room of 70 m² with home cinema, large screen video projector and Orange TV box. Also enjoy the DVD player, AirPlay & Chromecast compatibility, and create your atmosphere with the audio system. The sofa bed offers a comfortable bed for 2 people. - Fully equipped open kitchen: American fridge, ovens (electric + microwave), family coffee maker & Nespresso, kettle, toaster, hot plates, and all the necessary utensils to cook as at home. - Bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, separate toilet. Upstairs: - A street-side bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), and an adjoining spa bathroom - A garden-side bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), and an adjoining spa bathroom - A bedroom on the parking side with a 160x200 bed - A bedroom on the parking side with a 140x190 bed - A small living room on the mezzanine with a single bed 90x200 - two separate toilets ⚠️ Note: The floor is accessible via two staircases, one of which is spiral (not suitable for very young children or people with reduced mobility).
