A simple and modern designer house with a luxurious ocean view A living/dining room, sauna, and terrace on the 1st floor, bedroom on the 2nd floor. It's just a stone's throw away from the highly transparent Uradome beach. You can enjoy the magnificent natural beauty of the scenery. ＊Sauna with löyly There is a terrace next to the sauna room, and a shower and relaxation space are also available. There are kitchen utensils, but no seasonings. Please search the smoking areas in the neighborhood. If any evidence of smoking is found, a special cleaning fee (including odor removal) may be charged separately. ・Please refrain from noise at night time and early in the morning within the facility. ・When going outside, make sure to close windows, turn off the air conditioning and room lighting. ・ Please pay attention to using cooking ware ,heater, or other fire hazardous equipment. ・We may be charged additional for the costs required to repair, replace or dispose of any damage and losses of furnishings and fixtures. ・We will charge a disposal fee of 5,000 JPY if you leave suitcases or large waste items in this place after check out. ・It is possibly delayed 1-3 hours depending on conditions of the day. ・Please contact us immediately if the cleaning has been delayed. ・Since this is a private residence cleaning, the finished cleaning may not meet your expectations due to the subjectivity of the viewer. ・Bed linens may differ from those in the photo due to replacement. ※Disclaimer※ We are not responsible for any death or injury at our property. The guest who makes the reservation is 100% responsible for the guest himself/herself and those staying with all guests. 【FAQ】 ・Children accommodation charge Children up to 6 years old are free of charge only when sharing a bed with an adult. 7 years old and older are charged an 1 person’s rate the same as adults. Please be sure to bring your own towels, etc., as we do not provide amenities for children sleeping with parents. ・Telephone service hours 9:00-23:00.
