This stylish accommodation is perfect for a (large) family. But even a smaller working group will find ideal conditions here: rooms to play, be creative, or work in a concentrated manner - always with a view of the surrounding greenery. Floor-to-ceiling Danish windows open onto a large, partly covered terrace in the idyllic garden. Surrounded by pastures and yet centrally located in the center of town, this exceptionally well-equipped accommodation offers a unique location. The space The sleeping arrangements: There are two bedrooms in the apartment and the multifunctional living room 2, where you can also sleep. In bedroom 1 there is a large double bed 1.80 x 2.00. Here you can add an existing baby travel cot if desired. In bedroom 2 you will find a bed of 1.20 x 2.00. In the living room 2 there is a sofa bed (sleeping area 1.40/2.10). If necessary, an existing folding bed (0.80/1.90) can be placed here. The house and apartment: The apartment is on the first floor of the house. The idyllic settlement near the center of town is at the end of a dead end road, surrounded by greenery. The entire house was completely renovated in 2023: Walls were demolished, rooms opened, parapets removed. Underfloor heating was installed throughout the apartment and new, high-quality floors were laid (large tiles, linoleum and Tretford carpet). New Danish wooden windows were installed everywhere, the interior walls were newly plastered and painted, all with organic products. A large terrace was built on the inside of the house, which borders on almost all rooms. Upstairs there is a small apartment that is rented out. Only the exterior paint is still missing - hence the somewhat stained appearance of the facade. But: Inside, wow! Other things to note Worpswede is a well-known artist's town and a state-recognized resort, belonging to the municipality of Osterholz. It is located in the middle of Teufelsmoor. Bremen is 25 km away - about 30 minutes by car depending on the traffic. Bus line 670 also runs there. The Morrexpress, a historic train, runs between Bremen and Stade during the season. Getting around is also an experience at the same time. In Worpswede, it is best to move around on foot or by bike. A Dutch bike is available for small purchases, etc., otherwise you can rent bikes in the village. The place is known for the artists' colony Worpswede as a living and working community of artists. The scholarship center Künstlerhäuser Worpswede was one of the largest in Germany until 2009. There are numerous cultural institutions and galleries in Worpswede. The tourist center is Bergstraße, about 1.5 km from the property, so it is within walking distance.
