All other areas are available for your use. Other things to note ◉Basic Guidelines After checking in, please read through the house manual provided. This accommodation is located along a national highway, so you may hear vehicle noise (earplugs are provided for your use). There may also be vibrations when large vehicles pass. If you are sensitive to noise or easily disturbed, we recommend not staying here. Shoes are strictly prohibited indoors. Please remove them at the entrance. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas, including e-cigarettes. Please cooperate with garbage separation. If the provided trash bag becomes full during your stay, remove it and use a spare bag located inside the trash bin. This accommodation is a renovated room in a 40-year-old apartment, so it is not perfect. Due to structural distortions, there may be gaps and uneven flooring, allowing dust or insects to enter. If you are expecting hotel-level perfection or a newly built property, we advise against booking. The accommodation is on the second floor of an apartment building with no elevator, so access is via stairs only. Please note that during the summer season, some interior decorations, accessories, and cushions may differ from the photos shown at the time of booking in order to create a cooler atmosphere. ◉Rooftop Balcony Unless it's a calm and clear day, the chairs and tables are folded and stored inside the bench-type storage box (as strong winds can blow them away). The roof sheet is folded on days when wind speed exceeds 10 m/s. Please wear the provided outdoor shoes when going out onto the rooftop balcony. Do not go barefoot or wear indoor slippers. To avoid disturbances to neighbors, conversations and gatherings on the balcony must end by 7:00 PM. As it is an outdoor space, insects may be present. If you are uncomfortable with insects, please refrain from using the balcony. Smoking is prohibited. ◉For Guests Staying Multiple Nights Towels and bed linens are not changed during your stay. Please wash and reuse them using the washing machine. No cleaning service is provided during your stay. We can collect trash upon request. Please contact us if needed. ◉Security Camera As instructed by the health department, a security camera is installed outside the entrance. Tampering with, covering, or unplugging the camera is strictly prohibited. ◉Penalties for Unauthorized or Problematic Stays If there is an unregistered guest staying, a penalty fee of 20,000 yen per person per night will be charged. If you plan to invite a visitor, please contact us in advance as there will be an additional fee. If any facilities are soiled, damaged, or removed, we will charge for replacement costs. If the accommodation is left in an unclean state beyond normal cleaning standards, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. ◉Checkout If you do not check out by the standard time of 10:00 AM, a penalty of 2,000 yen per 15 minutes may be charged due to cleaning delays. ※Please contact us in advance if you expect to be late. ◉Guest Registration We are instructed by the Sendai City Health Department to collect the information of all guests.
