Two separate bedrooms as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living room offer plenty of sleeping options. The space The heart of the apartment is the bright and welcoming living room, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and many amenities that make your stay particularly enjoyable. The apartment convinces with a bright and welcoming atmosphere – large windows, high ceilings and the elevated position of the house provide plenty of natural light and a pleasant view of the countryside. Comfort & Furnishings at a glance: Parking without stress: A parking space is located directly on the premises. More free parking can be found in the street in front of the house. Convenient check-in: Access to the apartment is via a separate entrance at the back of the house. A keypad on the entrance door allows for a flexible check-in with the access code received in advance – regardless of your arrival time. Pleasant indoor climate: The apartment has a smart heating control. In the hall and in the bathroom, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. You are welcome to coordinate temperature requests with us – please note that changes take some time for them to become noticeable. Relaxation in the countryside: In the garden, a cozy lounge corner awaits you, ideal for resting, reading or enjoying a cup of outdoor coffee. Baby cot: On request, we are happy to provide you with a travel cot for infants. The owners live on the ground floor and will be personally at your disposal for any questions or requests.
