Two separate bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room offer plenty of sleeping options. The space The heart of the apartment is the bright and inviting living room, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and many amenities that make your stay particularly pleasant. The apartment impresses with a bright and inviting atmosphere – large windows, high ceilings and the elevated location of the house provide plenty of daylight and a pleasant view of the countryside. Comfort & amenities at a glance: Parking without stress: A parking space is located directly on the property. More free parking is available on the street in front of the house. Convenient check-in: Access to the apartment is via a separate entrance at the back of the house. A keypad on the front door allows flexible check-in with the access code received in advance – regardless of your arrival time. Pleasant indoor climate: The apartment has a smart heating control. In the hallway and in the bathroom, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. You are welcome to coordinate temperature requests with us – please note that changes take some time to become noticeable. Relaxation in the countryside: In the garden you will find a cozy lounge corner, ideal for resting, reading or enjoying a cup of coffee outdoors. Baby cot: On request, we will be happy to provide you with a travel cot for toddlers. The owners live on the ground floor and are happy to assist you personally with any questions or requests.
