From the large balcony you have an unobstructed view of the nearby nature reserve. Shopping and leisure facilities can be found nearby. The space Our rooms are modern and have been furnished with great effort by us. The master bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables, a large wardrobe, a mirror, a TV and a desk. The darkening is done by electric external roller shutters and floor-length curtains. As an extra, this room offers a ceiling light with a low-noise ceiling fan, remote control and timer function. The second, smaller bedroom has a pull-out bed. It has a basic size of 80 cm x 200 cm and can be enlarged to 160 cm x 200 cm. Blackout is also possible here via electric external roller shutters. To protect our little guests, the window handles in this room are lockable. Our beautiful and cozy kitchen, living and dining area is equipped with a very high-quality, large leather sofa. Two leather seat poufs expand the seating options or also offer the possibility to simply put your feet up. The large TV is directly opposite the sofa, so a good view is possible. As an extra, this room offers a low-noise ceiling fan with remote control and timer function. You can also relax on our beautiful balcony overlooking the countryside. The modern shower room with window has a floor-level shower with corner entrance, toilet and sink with mirror. An electric towel radiator and a travel hairdryer are just as much a part of our equipment as bath & hand towels and a bath mat. Our modern kitchen is well equipped and should leave nothing to be desired. The dishwasher is located in the adjacent utility room, so that no annoying noises can be heard from the dishwasher during a cozy round. Guest access The apartment, an external storage room for bicycles, strollers or prams, as well as the parking space belonging to the apartment, are only available to the guests of our apartment. Other things to note As a landlord, we are obliged to keep a guest directory. Since this is a spa resort, you will also need a guest card (formerly a spa tax). For this, and for our guest directory, we absolutely need the details of ALL guests (even the smallest ones). You can find the applicable fees in the Airbnb invoice under administrative costs.
