There are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and gyms within walking distance. The distance to the A7 highway is less than a 5-minute drive. The apartment has 4 comfortable box spring beds, a large smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, large fridge and everything you need. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and shower, and of course we provide fresh towels and soap. The amenities also include a height-adjustable desk for working and a safe per guest. There are plenty of parking spaces available free of charge at and around the building. A brand-new outdoor terrace is available at the in-house parking lot for nice evenings. For your digital enjoyment, a 250 Mbps Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge. The apartment was renovated in 2024. Overall, the living space is 125 m². The house is set back about 20 meters from the main road in a quiet residential area. Due to the renewed and professional insulation of the attic and the house itself, it is very pleasant inside even when the outside temperatures are hot. New triple-glazed windows contribute to a quiet and well air-conditioned living space. In the immediate vicinity you will find a Greek bistro for a quick appetite or a gym about 100 m away for sporting activities. You can check in and check out independently at any time using the key box, which is located right on the wall at the building entrance.
