The space This large apartment has recently been refurbished in a big way and awaits you with a fresh & modern design. The apartment is centrally located in Northeim. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and fitness studios all within a few minutes' walk. The distance to the A7 motorway is less than a 5-minute drive away. The apartment has 4 comfortable box spring beds and a large smart TV with SKY (incl. Sky Go, Sky Fußball Bundesliga, Sky Cinema, Discovery+ voucher, Sky Entertainment, Paramount+ voucher, Sky Sport) and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator, and everything you need. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and of course we provide fresh towels and soap. The amenities also include a height-adjustable desk for working and a safe per guest. There are plenty of parking spaces available free of charge at and around the building. A brand new outdoor terrace is available at the in-house parking lot for nice evenings. By arrangement, a private laundry service is available during the stay for an additional fee. For your digital enjoyment, a 250 Mbps Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge. The apartment was renovated in 2024. Overall, the living space is 125 m² (1,346 sq ft). The house is located about 20 meters from the main road set back in a quiet living area. Due to the renewed and professional insulation of the attic and house itself , it is very pleasant inside even in hot outside temperatures. New triple-glazed windows contribute to a quiet and good air-conditioned living. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a Greek bistro for a quick bite to eat, and about 100 meters away, there is a gym for fitness activities. For business needs during the stay, an advertising agency is also available next door. For any questions or booking requests, you can reach us daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm using our contact details. In case of an emergency, a 24/7 caretaker service is also available during your stay. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance (building entrance). You can check in and check out independently at any time using the key box, which is located right on the wall at the building entrance. We will provide you with the code for the key box 24 hours before your arrival.
