Other things to note Please Note: A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon check in. The amount varies based on the length of stay: 1–7 nights: 3,000 THB 8–14 nights: 5,000 THB 15 nights or longer: 5,000 THB The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges. The rental price includes electricity for 100 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out.
