This is a second floor self-contained flat in a large and imposing Edwardian house within a mile of the centre of Bury St Edmunds in a secluded and private suburban location, with access to the garden. The flat has a separate entrance accessed via a external staircase to the first floor. It is comfortable and modern, with two large bedrooms with king-size beds. There is a sitting room/kitchenette and a spacious modern shared bathroom. The space There are two large bedrooms (192 sq ft, 17.8 sq m and 149 sq ft, 13.8 sq m) with king-size beds, both with ample storage space in wardrobes and chests of drawers. Next to them is a sitting room/kitchenette (187 sq ft, 17.4 sq m), with a small dining table, sofa, armchair, TV, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave/combi oven and fridge. The rooms are served by a single shared bathroom (82 sq ft, 7.6 sq m) with basin and walk-in shower with pumped hot water. Complimentary toiletries and other general supplies are provided for your first night or two. Guest access Access to the flat is via an external staircase to a door on the first floor. There is a key in a lock box and you will be provided a combination code before your arrival. The flat is on the second floor, accessed via a private internal staircase. In addition to the flat itself, guests are welcome to use the back garden, which extends from the patio under the staircase to the west. Other things to note Please note that we only have room for one car in the driveway. If you need to park more than one car, there is ample parking in the road outside and it is free and unrestricted.
