Nestled on the heights of Haute-Loire, 2 steps from the Ardèche, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside and also the richness of activities in the region. Enjoy our gardens and our veranda. Located 10 minutes from Le Chambon-sur-Lignon, 20 minutes from Les Estables, and 30 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay. The space Composed of an entrance overlooking a large living space of 110 m2, our farm will charm you. On the ground floor you will find: - 1 large living room with 1 dining room, 2 lounges (1 TV area and 1 fireplace area) and 1 bar area - 1 fully equipped kitchen - 1 toilet - 1 laundry room with washing machine - 1 veranda with panoramic views On the 1st floor: - 1 bathroom - 1 toilet - 2 bedrooms with 140 x 200 cm bed and one bedroom with 180 x 200 cm bed On the 2nd floor: - 1 large 50 m2 children's bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 people. - 1 bathroom with toilet - 1 dressing room (not accessible) Outdoor: - 1 terrace on the southeast side with 1 table, chairs and parasol, a pool with a water source, 250 m2 garden - 1 terrace on the northwest side with 2 tables, chairs and parasol, 400 m2 garden - 1 garden furniture - 1 swing - for your information, we practice reasoned mowing. Guest access You can use the entire home, except the cellar and the children's dressing room, allowing us to store our personal belongings.
