The Villa benefits from a premium location, in the heart of the village, on the main street and a 5-minute walk to the Fontainebleau Forest to enjoy its magnificent walks and hikes. Located at the back of a plot, you will enjoy a peaceful place and have all the advantages of the center. The space Very bright, Villa Albertine is fully renovated with quality materials and offers high-end furnishings and amenities. The whole house was designed for a comfortable and standard life while limiting its impact on the environment: ecological paints made in France, insulation of locally produced hemp wool in Gâtinais, washing machines and flushes that recycle rainwater in order to limit water consumption, low temperature heated floor. The Villa has all the assets for a gentle and pleasant stay, connected to nature and the heart of Barbizon's historical heritage. Parking is in the private courtyard. You have access to an electric charging station. On foot you have access to all the museums and shops, the forest and tennis courts in the village. The location is premium, staying at Villa Albertine you benefit from the best location in Barbizon. We work in collaboration with a home chef with whom we have created a menu for the Villa. At the time of your reservation, let us know the number of people present at the meal (service available only in the evening). The products are local, fresh, organic or reasoned and seasonal. We also offer home care and wellness services upon request. There are 5 bikes at your disposal at no extra charge. Yoga and Pilates classes are also possible by reservation, all the amenities are on site you can take a class up to 11 people. Barbizon is 10 minutes from Fontainebleau and its castle. Located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Gâtinais, you benefit from a privileged location to discover its treasures such as the Château de Courances, the Jean Cocteau house or the famous peppermint of Milly La Forêt and the rock path of Le Vaudoué. A deposit of €1,500 will be requested by credit card imprint the day before you enter the Villa in order to access it. Events and parties are prohibited if we have not previously agreed. For any commercial requests, such as shooting, filming or seminar, please contact us in order to prepare a quote. Any commercial use of the house or its image is prohibited without the written consent of the owner. The day of shooting (excluding night) is charged 1000€. The inner courtyard where the parking spaces are located is under video surveillance. It is common at the back of the two shops that overlook the street and are part of the condominium.
