It is close to Robinsons Supermarket, Savemore, Oasis Events Place, the National Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, banks, and convenience stores. Guest access • Good for 6-8 people • ₱200/pax/day for guests exceeding 8 • Early checkout-in and late checkout are allowed, subject to availability, at a minimal fee of ₱200/ hr for check-in before the designated check-in time or checkout beyond beyond the designated checkout time • Clean towels and basic toiletries provided • Reserved basement paid parking for SUV’s, sedan, hatchbacks, pick-up, etc. is ₱300 per day, payable directly to the host ( from 2PM- 11AM only ) beyond 11AM, ₱20 for every succeeding hour. Paid parking is also available within the premises at ₱50 for the first 3 hours and ₱20 for every succeeding hour. For motorcycles, parking rates are ₱30 for the first 3 hours and ₱10 for every succeeding hour. Please inform the host in advance if you will be bringing a vehicle and which parking option you prefer so we can coordinate the arrangement with the guards on duty. . NOTE: Overhead clearance height for the parking entrance is 2.1 meters only. • Guests may access the swimming pool from Tuesday to Sunday, 8AM to 9:30PM, for a fee of ₱100/person. Guests may access the gym for free Pleases coordinate with the host before entering the swimming pool and gym area. The host will secure Pass from Property Management Office. Guests are required to wear proper swimwear and appropriate gym attire at all times. Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the pool area. Other things to note * Upon booking, guest/s must submit a valid ID. We will forward it to the condo administration for the processing of their building pass. * CHECK-IN TIME: 2PM onwards * CHECK-OUT TIME: 11AM * Once you are near the area, please message, text or call the number provided and proceed directly to the lobby of tower 2 for registration. We will send the door code and instructions on how to enter and leave the unit during registration. * Please inform the host once you are ready to check-out * Accessible Public Transportation *There are two LRT stations (Gilmore and J.
