The space Villa Helene offers a modern and welcoming atmosphere with stylish interiors and everything needed for a comfortable holiday stay. Ground floor: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need, including a dishwasher, air fryer, and ice maker, making cooking easy and enjoyable. The cozy dining area with its large table is perfect for shared meals and quality time together. In the bright living room, guests can relax on a large comfortable sofa, while the fireplace and Smart TV with Chromecast create a warm and homely feel. A peaceful bedroom with a double bed provides a restful retreat, and the spacious bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. Upper floor: Upstairs are two charming bedrooms — one with a double bed and sea views, and another with a single bed overlooking the forest. There is also a separate toilet on this floor for added convenience. Basement: The basement features a large bedroom with two beds and a baby cot, ideal for families with young children. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. Outdoor area: Villa Helene has a lovely garden with outdoor furniture, a hot tub, a Weber electric grill, and a charcoal barbecue. A cozy guest cottage with two beds offers additional sleeping space and includes a TV with Chromecast. Two SUP boards are available for exploring the archipelago. Guests with electric vehicles can also use the charging station for an additional fee. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and private garden during their stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces in complete privacy. Other things to note Villa Helene is rented out by SWEEDS. SWEEDS is a local company that rents houses, bicycles and motor boats and manages the tourist office in Loftahammar. SWEEDS is available every day for tourist tips and in case of problems. If desired, you can rent bed linen & towels (250 kr p.p.) and a kitchen starter package (95 kr).
