Welcome to a spacious and bright apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, olive groves, and forest! The apartment is located on the ground floor, surrounded by nature, ensuring complete peace and relaxation. With large glass doors connecting the interior to the terrace, it is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation – for couples, families, seniors, and anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The space The apartment is 80 m², has two sleeping rooms and two bathrooms, and a big living room with a kitchen, is air-conditioned, and fully equipped. In the large living room with an open kitchen and dining area, you will enjoy natural light and a beautiful view of nature. The kitchen contains all the necessary equipment: a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, and cutlery. A washing machine, towels, and bedding are also available. Guest access The entire unit is located on the ground floor. You can park in front of the apartment door. There is one low step leading to the terrace, making the apartment suitable for people with limited mobility, the elderly, and children. Other things to note You can relax on the terrace with your morning coffee or in the evening hours. The apartment is located only 9 km from Koper, and the city center is about a 10-minute drive away. Strunjan, Izola, and Ankaran are a 15-20 minute drive away. The Črni Kal climbing area is 15 minutes away. Croatia and Italy are only about 20 minutes away – an ideal starting point for trips to three countries! We recommend that you have your own transport, as the apartment is located in a natural environment, slightly outside the city. The advantage of the apartment is free parking next to the house. An additional tourist tax of €2.50 per night/person must be paid on site. Pets are welcome at your own responsibility. Please ensure that your pet is properly supervised and cared for at all times, as there may be other guests and people nearby. If you have allergies, please note that pets (including dogs and cats) may have stayed in this apartment. An additional fee for pets must be paid on site upon arrival.
