In the immediate vicinity of Stuttgart city center, the apartment is an ideal base for exploring the city. The U-Bahn [subway] station, bars, restaurants, cafes, as well as all shopping are right outside the front door. The space A very nice, quiet 2-room apartment in the middle of the neighborhood at Hölderlinplatz. The apartment has a private, separate entrance and is located on the first floor - Yes, no annoying climbing of stairs or lugging of suitcases. The apartment has one bedroom with a very comfortable 1.80 m wide double bed, which is of course equipped with bedding and towels. The modern living/dining area invites you to spend time together. Whether cozily on the couch in front of the 55-inch smart TV or socially at the round dining table - the choice is yours. In addition, the sofa can be transformed into a very comfortable bed with just one movement. At 1.60 m, two more guests have a great place to sleep for your group trip. The bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub and towel heater. Of course, a corresponding set of towels will be provided for all guests. Good to know: Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a hairdryer are of course available. There is also a separate toilet - this relaxes the bathroom stress ;) The modern built-in kitchen is fully furnished. In addition to a dishwasher, oven, stove and kettle, you will also find a new Nespresso coffee maker. To start (who wants to start the day without coffee?), we have provided you with a few coffee capsules. Are you more of a tea person? No problem! You can individually select the temperature for the kettle and a colorful selection of different types of tea are also waiting for you. The kitchen leads to the balcony of the apartment. Here you will find a cozy lounge that offers enough space to relax and enjoy an after-work beer with up to four people. The apartment is centrally located, in a quiet 30 km/h zone. Many great bars, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. All highlights and my personal tips can be found in the "Welcome folder" on site. The underground station "Hölderlinplatz" is right around the corner and there are numerous shopping facilities nearby. Downtown is a short walk away in 5 minutes or 15 minutes on foot.
