The apartment features a private, separate entrance and is located on the ground floor. 🛏️Comfortable bedroom The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), naturally equipped with fresh linens and towels. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living area for two additional guests. This means there is room for up to four people. 🛋️Cozy living & dining area The modern living and dining area invites you to linger—whether relaxing on the couch in front of the 55-inch smart TV or socializing at the round dining table. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeper sofa (160 cm wide) in just a few simple steps, offering additional sleeping space for up to two more guests—ideal for families or groups. 🍽️Fully Equipped Kitchen The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine are all provided. To ensure a great start to your day, we provide a few coffee capsules. Tea lovers will also find something to their liking—a selection of different tea varieties is also available. 🛁 Modern Bathroom The bathroom features a spacious bathtub and a heated towel rack. For your convenience, we provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Other things to note 🅿️ The apartment does not have its own parking space, but you can park on any of the surrounding streets with a parking ticket: On weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., the rate is €0.90 per hour, or you can purchase a day pass (valid for 14 hours and transferable to the next day) for €11.30. During peak hours, parking can get a bit tight—but there’s a parking garage at the Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart about a 5-minute walk away, and they offer reasonably priced overnight rates.
