We will not be able to accommodate early check-ins & late check-outs as our cleaner is not dedicated solely to us and may have other commitments. Early check-in & late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged 250 per hr for 4 hrs or less and 1200 from over 4 hrs for a max of 8 hrs. Please turn off the AC unit every time you leave the apartment. Ventilation Fan: Please turn the fan on while taking a shower to the full 30 Minutes and let it stay on to de-steam fully. Garbage + Recycling: The bin underneath the kitchen sink is for leftover foods and other organic waste. The white bins in the toilet are for (1)recyclables and (1) any other garbage. For Longer Stays: Trash area is located on the same floor right next to the elevator. When the bins in the apartment are full, you can dispose of your trash there. Swimming pool The swimming pool usage requires an advance booking. Please contact the concierge in advance to reserve your desired time slot. Pool is close on Mondays. Pots and pans: Pots and pans are inside the kitchen cabinet just above the kitchen sink. Coasters and Trivets: There are coasters and heat-resistant trivets inside the upper kitchen cabinet just above the exhaust. Chopping board and Placemats The chopping board and placemats can be found inside the kitchen cabinet just above the microwave oven. Cutleries, plates, mugs and glasses: These can be found inside the kitchen cabinet just below the induction cooker. ★ STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY ★ Full Refund Conditions: Guests must cancel within 24 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund. Non-Refundable Conditions: Cancellations made outside of this timeframe are non-refundable. Travel Insurance Recommendation: Before confirming your reservation since we have FIRM cancellation policy, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance either through Airbnb or your preferred provider at the time of booking. This can help cover cancellations if needed (subject to insurance’s Ts & Cs). Guest access All pools are open daily from 6AM to 8PM except for Mondays due to maintenance. Guests will have free access to the pools ( max of 3 ) person per day. Pools (2 adult size and 1 kid’s pool) are located at the ground floor and 1st floor. Pool usage needs to be booked in advance at the concierge. Basketball court and playground are also available. Please have an identification card handy and ensure that this matches the name you have provided to the host. Minors are not allowed to book without an adult included in the booking. Your comfort is our priority hence, the maximum number of guests is 2 including children. A baby/infant is allowed but please note that there is no cot in the unit. We are not responsible for any inconvenience beyond our control caused by other residents or fortuitous events such as unexpected interruption of utilities, unexpected outages or sudden/marginal noise and dust. Please note that our property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues due to a step in shower and the absence of a handrail, which could make access difficult for some. This is not suitable for families with toddlers as the bed is situated close to the window, which could be a safety concern for young children.
