The space Welcome to The Perfect Pad, located at Kerkstraat 71 in Hilversum. This inviting studio features a comfortable double bed, perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking a cozy retreat. Guest access If you require an early check-in or need to drop off your luggage before the standard check-in time, please don't hesitate to contact us in advance. We're here to make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible. Other things to note No show policy: If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date and does not inform us 32 hours after check-in time, the reservation will be considered a no-show. The remaining nights of the stay will be canceled without refund, and the calendar will be reopened for new bookings. Please notice that no refunds will be granted for late arrivals. We have a device that detects indoor climate, crow detect, loud noises, and smoke. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in following these rules: 1. Temperature must not exceed 23°C 2. Loud noises are prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. (partys are not allow at any moment) 3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises 4. Prostitution is forbidden Guest Policy * Third-party bookings are allowed, however the check-in form must be filled out by the guests who will actually be staying in the property. * All guests must be registered in advance. * Visitors will only be allowed under consideration, with prior authorization. *Any of these inappropriate behaviors will result in a FINANCIAL PENALTY From 300 to 500 euros, depending on the issue . If repeated, the person will be expelled from the apartment without the right to a refund.*
