It has a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine and airer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering. You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper. The bedroom is up one flight of stairs and has a king size bed, with bedside units and lamps. There are drawer units as well as hanging space and hangers. Heating is via electric radiator. The ensuite has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided. The cloakroom toilet is off the entrance hallway, where there is also an understairs cupboard with iron/ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Access to the apartment is via the main residential building and through a shared outdoor terrace area, or from the car park to the rear of the property. There is a private entrance door to the apartment. It comes with one off-road parking space. Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
