The Dream Lake 1 apartment is a welcoming oasis of peace and comfort located in Ruvigliana, overlooking Lake Lugano, of which it offers a suggestive glimpse. The modern and practical furnishing style makes it a comfortable and refined place at the same time. The space Upon entering, you immediately find yourself immersed in the cosy atmosphere of the one-bedroom apartment. You are greeted by the living room, with a high table with stools, decorated with coloured glasses, adding a touch of liveliness to the room. In the TV area there is a comfortable sofa for relaxing and watching a film, which can become a single bed for any guests (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The modern, separate kitchen is decorated in neutral colours that lend a relaxing and hospitable atmosphere. It is equipped with all the appliances necessary for a pleasant and practical stay, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, oven, toaster and refrigerator. The romantic bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, the window allows a plenty of natural light in to illuminate the room, creating an atmosphere of serenity. The modern and functional bathroom has a comfortable shower for special moments of relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.  Smoking is strictly prohibited.  Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited. Although lacking private parking, the Dream Lake 1 apartment has public parking spaces a few meters away, available for a fee or with a time zone disk.
