Welcome to our apartment in the quiet old town of Rumpenheim. The neighborhood is very quiet. Just a few steps to the Main and after only a few meters you will reach the historic Rumpenheim Palace with its park. The ÖNVN stop is only about 200 meters away Frankfurt city center: approx. 20-30 minutes by car Airport & trade fair: approx. 30 min by car Ideal for Assembly workers, Families Celebrate with friends in Frankfurt Bands Wedding parties Sports groups The space The space has 3 bedrooms, Dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom with toilet and a 2nd toilet. It has a separate entrance and can be reached via a somewhat steep staircase. By default, there are 2 beds in each bedroom (one bedroom is a walk-through room). On request, however, 1 room can be extended to 3 and another to 3 or 4 beds Please be aware that more beds will narrow the space. That's why I recommend max. 6 people for longer stays. The table in the dining room is designed for 6 people. Chairs are available. Please be aware that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Guest access The accommodation has its own entrance. Due to a rather steep staircase, the accommodation is not accessible. i like to greet my guests in person, but if it gets late or I'm prevented, I'll leave the keys in the key safe. You will receive an email in good time. This allows you to check in at any time. Other things to note PARKING SPACES There is ample public parking available on Fischergasse and in a public parking lot (100 m away) USE OF THE COURTYARD: In summer, you can sit in the courtyard. A grill is available. TOURIST TAX The city of Offenbach charges a tourist tax of 2 euros per guest per night. This fee is included in the fees.
