Canoe, paddles, and life preservers along with several yard games provided at no charge— corn hole, bocce ball, crochet, and horseshoes. Nestled in a slough adjoining the Hiawasse River Refuge, wildlife is abundant and can be viewed from the back yard. Sandhill cranes and American White pelicans migrate through the winter. Enjoy stargazing at night with minimal light pollution. The space The lot next door is listed on hip camp and can be rented for boat parking, van, or tent camping. We are 16 minutes from Howe Farms, 20 minutes to Dayton, 25 minutes to Cleveland, 45 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. The area outside fence is open to the neighbors so you may encounter others using the space as well. We finally have fiber internet! Well behaved dogs are welcome! This is a rural area enjoyed by fishermen and hunters, you may hear gunfire. If you bring a boat, there is a boat ramp nearby. We do not have a dock but some guests have moored to the trees.
