The house is located in a semi-detached villa, with ashared poolavailable to guests. The pool consists of two pools, one of which is lower and particularly suitable for children. In addition to sunbeds for sunbathing, in the large pool area there is a shaded gazebo furnished with table and chairs where guests can dine al fresco with friends. The interior consists of living room with dining room, mini open kitchenette and sofa,2 double bedroomsand 1 full bathroom with shower. The location is perfect to explore theValle d`Itria, with all its wonderful villages and unspoiled nature, but also to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast, along the Marina di Ostuni. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person. - Shared pool available all year long. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Garden shared with another accommodation. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 400 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage.
