The property comprises of; A well equipped open plan kitchen living area, dining area, separate living room and downstairs WC. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, 1 spacious super king (with space for travel cot) , 2 doubles, a room with bunk beds - double on bottom & single on the top and a main bathroom with a shower over the bath. All bedrooms have smart tv’s in. Outside there is a private courtyard garden with a cosy well lit seating area and access to a double garage which is for storage purposes only and contains a tumble dryer for guests use. There is a private parking space on the front of the property. PLEASE NOTE: Please let us know upon booking if you are looking to bring a pet. One well behaved dog is welcome at the property. However we do only allow the dog downstairs and request that they do stay off the furniture for the comfort of all of our guests. Soiled/dog hairy bedding will be charged at £15 per room and any soiled carpets from pet accidents will be charged at £25 per room. The property has a travel cot & high chair available. There is an air fryer, coffee machine and washing machine in the kitchen. With a tumble dryer in the secure garage.
