The space Welcome to our top-floor, two-bedroom apartment in Watford. This clean and contemporary space is perfect for both work and leisure stays. Kitchen and Living Area: The open-plan living area is bright and practical, featuring a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs with crockery, cutlery, fridge freezer etc. You'll love the living space which includes a comfortable sofa, dining table and smart TV. The sofa can be turned into a bed for your extra guest. Bedroom 1: You'll sleep in a lovely full size double bed, and have your own ensuite bathroom. If you prefer, this room can also be made into a twin room, with 2 full size single beds. Bedroom 2: In here you'll once again be choosing between a full size double bed, or a pair of single beds depending on your needs. Bathroom: Our high end modern bathroom offers all the essentials for your refreshing start to your day, or your relaxing bath in the evening. Other things to note Parking: You will park in the Citi Park Sutton multistorey car park which has plenty of spaces and modern cashless payment system. It's less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment and is sheltered and secure. It's not free, you can see the charges online if you visit the website, however for long stays of over 4 weeks we can negotiate a lower rate with them directly.
