Escape to our beautiful seaside house, located in central Morecambe, within a stones throw of the beach. The house sleeps 5 and has lots of room for you and your guests to relax. It has been renovated to a high standard, with all home comforts in mind. There is on-street residents parking, and a lovely secure and private garden to the rear. Our house is a 2 minute walk from the seafront, beach, promenade and town centre and about 30 minutes from the Lake District. Well behaved dogs are welcome. The space Our luxury seaside town house is perfectly located for you and your guests to relax and unwind in our beautiful Lancashire coastal resort. You will have complete access to 100% of the property. We accept up to 2 well behaved dogs for who we provide bowls and treats. All linen and towels are provided, along with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap. Kitchen basics such as tea, coffee, sugar etc are provided, and there will be a welcome tray & welcome book with all the information you require during your stay. On arrival at the house you can park in the resident permit holder parking area directly outside for which there will be a permit on the kitchen table, and enter through a well planted front garden to get to the key safe for self check in. When you enter the property you will be greeted by an entrance hallway for you to hang your coats and leave your shoes so you can relax and start your holiday immediately. You will find a control for the central heating in the hallway where you can adjust the temperature if the preset temperature is not right for you. The large sitting room has a comfortable sofa with chaise, and a separate chair with footstall so you can relax and put your feet up, along with a 43" 4K smart HD TV which is subscribed to Amazon Prime. Under the TV there is a selection of games and books for you to enjoy while stopping in the house. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. The open plan kitchen/dining area has a dining table for the whole family to gather around, along with a fully equipped kitchen including a modern oven and built in microwave, induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. In the cupboards you will find ample quality crockery and glasses, including some plates and cutlery for children. Off the corner of the dining area there is a store with a children’s high chair, iron and ironing board and clothes dryer. Step outside to the rear of the property and make the most of the private garden which has an array of plants as well as a decked area with different seating options, including a table and chairs for 6, and garden lighting which comes on for you at night to provide a pleasant atmosphere as the sun sets. Just outside the back door you will find a brick-built stand for you to sit a disposable BBQ on so you and your guests can enjoy the late summer evenings. On the second floor, there is a spacious master bedroom with Kingsize bed, sliding wardrobes with hangers, and a large chest of drawers allowing you to comfortably unpack any clothes that you bring. There is also a comfortable chair in the corner, and plenty of space to set out the travel cot that you will find in the wardrobe if you need it. There is also a smart TV subscribed to Amazon Prime. Bedroom 2 is set up with a king bed as standard, but can be changed to 2 singles if that is better for you, and has storage with hangers provided. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a large wardrobe with hangers and shelving. The smart bathroom has a bath with electrically heated power shower, washbasin and WC and a heated towel rail. There is ample shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower area, as well as hand soap.
