Located just a 18 minute walk from Wembley stadium, it is ideal for sports fans or concert-goers. The flat features beautiful neutral colors with industrial and sleek finishes, giving it an edgy industrial feel. The flat has fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge area with plenty of natural light. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer ample storage space. One has a king sized bed and second bedroom has double bed. The bathroom is modern and stylish, with a bath & modern shower. Living room has a sofa bed (queen size) sleeping 2. Paid Parking is available on site, making it convenient for those with a car. The location is also well-connected to public transport, with easy access to the tube and bus routes. Travel Baby cot also available on a request. ANY LOUD EVENTS, GATHERING, PARTIES STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!! We live close by! ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY: •⁠ ⁠To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay). •⁠ ⁠This changeover will usually happen every 14 days and will NOT be at an additional cost to the guest. •⁠ ⁠During the time of the clean, guest are advised to vacate the property during the time of the clean & give access to the cleaner. This is due to health & safety purposes. •⁠ ⁠In order to maintain the property the guest MUST understand & comply with 14 day cleaning change over. This is a necessity to maintain hygiene & highest quality standards. Failure to allow this to happen WILL result the guest being charged for failed clean attempt. •⁠ ⁠Damaged to the linen & towels (including stains by Fake tans, makeup etc.) could result in additional charges or a deduction to your deposit. Other things to note **We are happy to provide airport pick up and drop off for additional price. **No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy. **No Parties or Events: Parties, events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and wanting to know people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :) **No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. **No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. **Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times. **Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. **Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee. **Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. **We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
