Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note FREE PARKING: We can provide parking for 1 vehicle within the grounds of the property. There is a parking permit available within the property which you will need to display in your vehicle. Please notify my property management team of your car registration at the time of booking. For any additional vehicles please contact our management company for details on where to park these. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. In order to use this you will require a 3 pin adaptor. If you would like to make use of this facility, please let us know ahead of your arrival. There are photos of the EV charger in the photos section of the listing. PETS A dog is welcome at an additional minimum fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message me in advance with the details of your pet (type/breed/age). If you have a second dog, this may be considered on a case by case basis. Please kindly consider my house rules if you bring your dog. - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. - Dogs must be strictly kept downstairs and off the soft furnishings. - Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay. - Muddy paws should be cleaned before allowed in the house. - Dogs must NOT be left alone in the property. There is a security camera covering the driveway parking area. INCLUDED IN THE STAY: For each stay we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest, a bath mat and a tea towel. We also provide a welcome pack to get guests starting including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar. A dishwasher tablet, washing capsule, sponge scourer, J-cloth, bin bags and toiletries including soap and body wash.
