Free WiFi is available throughout. There are no allocated bays, so guests may use any available space. A parking permit is provided inside the property and must be clearly displayed at all times. The permit is located in the entrance hallway under the stag head and must be returned at the end of your stay. Guests must provide their vehicle registration at the time of booking. If bringing additional cars, limited parking may be available outside the main gate by prior arrangement. Please ensure vehicles do not block entrances or farm access. An EV charging point is available free of charge. A 3 pin adaptor is required and guests should notify us in advance if they wish to use it. 🐾 Dog Friendly One well behaved dog is welcome for a £30 fee. Please provide breed and age at the time of booking. 👶 Family Friendly A travel cot with built in mattress is available. Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note FREE PARKING: We can provide parking for 1 vehicle within the grounds of the property. There is a parking permit available within the property which you will need to display in your vehicle. Please notify my property management team of your car registration at the time of booking. For any additional vehicles please contact our management company for details on where to park these. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please kindly consider my house rules if you bring your dog. - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. - Dogs must be strictly kept downstairs and off the soft furnishings. - Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay. - Muddy paws should be cleaned before allowed in the house. - Dogs must NOT be left alone in the property. There is a security camera covering the driveway parking area. INCLUDED IN THE STAY: For each stay we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest, a bath mat and a tea towel.
