You'll have unrestricted access to our custom built mini golf course, sports courts, fishing, Connect Four Basketball, & beautiful tree-covered grounds-- There are even motorized carousel rides (for kids)! You'll be able to use the waterfall pool, hot tub, & WATERSLIDE--until 11pm! The space The Ever After Estate 62 acre private island is a VERY unique property. I t's been featured on HGTV's "Most Outrageous Homes in America," AOL/Time-Warners "Dream Vacation Homes," The Today Show's website, and so many major publications! It's located in the heart of a State-protected conservation area where you can spend hours wandering the island's incredibly scenic & peaceful 62 acres or awaken your "inner child" with its dozens of larger-than-life games & thrilling diversions like the property's superfast waterslide! There's also fishing, mini golf, horseshoes, an indoor rock climbing wall, a slide into the "ballpit," a luxurious movie theater, "Connect Four Basketball," lots of hammocks under gorgeous trees, & so much more. The smaller of the two guest houses has an impeccably designed living room & a full kitchen while the larger guest house has a kitchenette. The smaller guest house also includes the Rocky Bedroom (w/ King Sized bed custom-built to look like a boxing ring!), the Royal Suite, and the "James Bond" room (the one shown w/ the mahogany trim and dark green walls). The other 7 bedrooms are all in the larger guest house w/ the movie theater, arcade, & ballpit. There's even a 126" motorized screen by the pool w/ a high-def projector for incredible night time movies under the stars!! Pool is available until 11pm. Pool/Hot tub heating is available for a small fee. This listing is for the estate's TWO neighboring (just about side-by-side) guest houses totaling 10 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. The 2 guest homes you'll be in hidden away about 150-200 feet from the property's 'main house' --located behind lots of trees, and *extremely* private. Other than at your check-in greeting, you won't see the owners (who live in the MAIN house) unless you need/ask for assistance with anything during your stay! The MAXIMUM sleeping capacity for this listing is 22 people but if you're staying 3 or more nights, you can inquire about the possibility* of hosting larger events with up to 55 people on site (not overnight)--for additional event fees. If you research "The Ever After Estate," it'll seem amazing to get to visit this unique spot for such a low nightly rate. How is it possible? During summer months & holidays, the ENTIRE 62 acre island is rented to larger groups for as much as $5k per night. In fact, until 2024...there was no way to see this unique private island without renting it out in its entirety for that price. Historically, the owners would only rent it out when they went away on vacation (most of June, July, parts of August, and major holidays or out-of-town family events). However, as their kids (who grew up at the estate) have gone off to college, Belinda & Andrew (the owners) decided to open up these two unused guest houses to a wider range of people so that they too could have a chance to experience this 'slice of paradise' island for less than 800 per night! If you zoom in, you'll see the locations of the main house and guest houses marked off-- As you can see, the guest houses that you stay in are off in their own area with plenty of trees and landscape keeping them completely private. Guest access Completely and easily accessible by car! Full, private and exclusive use of our private 62 acre island's 7 bedroom guest house, a 3 bedroom guest house, and a standalone cabana bathroom. You'll have a full kitchen indoors, a kitchenette, movie theater, arcade, some gym equipment, and lots of living area/space plus use of your choice of 1 of 2 huge outdoor kitchens (one by the pool and one by the guest houses). Outdoors, you'll have unrestricted access to the mini golf course, basketball court, Connect Four Basketball, cornhole, marsh for fishing, and more. You'll have nearly unlimited access to the pool & waterslide until 11pm. Owners are out of view... nearly 350 feet away in the "main" house and are on call in case you need anything during your stay. You'll be in complete privacy! Other things to note Separate rental agreement required along with $450 refundable security deposit (can simply be in the form of a temporary 'hold' placed on a credit card until checkout). All guests must sign liability waiver prior to arrival. Pool w/ spa heat is 95/day and spa heat is 55/day if pool is not being heated w/it. Please note that there is no circumstance under which pets can be accepted. Since part of the 62 acre property is owner-occupied and the owners have their own 2 yellow labrador retrievers, we also have the right to decline service animals as well. (If you're renting out the *entire* island through our other listing, then pets ARE an option and service animals would be welcome in those rentals).
