A traditional, rural property sleeping 4 and just a short drive from Port Isaac, Boscastle and Tintagel. The Barn is a semi detached barn conversion bursting with character and rustic charm. Surrounded by lovely lawn garden with trees and established planting, this great value property offers a really special location for those wanting some well earned peace and quiet. The space Entrance - Entered from the parking area at the front, two steps lead up into a covered porch. Living room - The comfortable living room provides a great space to relax in with wood burner and SMART TV. Ground floor boot room - This area provides a useful space for kicking off the walking boots and sandy flip flops. Ample hanging space for coats and storage for shoes provided. Ground floor bathroom WC - A simple family bathroom with bath, electric shower over bath, wash basin and WC. A large kitchen/dining space with access out on to the small balcony at the front (please note - steep stone steps lead off the balcony down to the front) and out onto the very sunny and rather pleasant enclosed decked area at the back overlooking the large garden. Kitchen appliances include coffee machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedroom 1 - Spacious bedroom with king size bed looking out onto the garden at the back. Bedroom 2 - With full size bunk beds overlooking the garden at the back. Heating - This property is heated via oil central heating. Outside - Masses of outdoor space to keep the children occupied and amused. Although dog friendly, we cannot guarantee that the entire garden will be escape proof and with livestock kept in neighbouring fields, we politely ask that your dog is supervised when outside. Off road, private parking for two cars.
