The Balcon de Neri apartment is a modern and cozy newly built apartment, ideal to enjoy an experience of comfort and style, with elegant details and a design designed for maximum comfort. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and one with a trundle bed, a living room with double sofa bed, another bathroom with en-suite shower and a kitchenette with all utensils. The apartment has free parking. Guest access The elevator measurements in the features section in Airbnb may not be accurate. Always ask us! The apartment is located in a low-emission zone. Please check your environmental sticker before booking the apartment with parking. Other things to note The apartment has an electronic lock. You will receive the access instructions the same day of your arrival. In order to access the apartment with the code you must have finished online check-in. IMPORTANT: It is not possible to access the apartment before check-in time (16:00). If your arrival is earlier you have to come to our reception, where you can store your luggage until check-in time. Check-in hours: from 16:00 Customer Service Hours: 11:00 - 19:00 For any questions about the location and check-in time, please contact the reception team directly. The Wifi password is located on the front door of the accommodation. It is important to note that cleaning service is not included in the accommodations, nor are towels and sheets changed for stays of less than 7 nights. If you would like additional towels during your stay, we are happy to provide them for an additional charge. Ask our front desk team at your arrival. For longer stays, we offer the following services: - Stays from 8 to 12 nights: You will find additional bed linen and towels in your accommodation, so you can change them according to your needs. - Stays of more than 13 nights: A member of the cleaning team will come to your accommodation once a week to change towels and sheets to keep your accommodation fresh and comfortable.
