We chose the name ‘Curlew’ for our property after hearing the bird’s unmistakable display call ('cur-lee'), whilst walking through the nearby Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve. Light and airy, Curlew is decorated in soft colours with local pictures and paintings of the New Forest. There is a large double bedroom with a wardrobe, dressing table and ensuite toilet. Along the corridor is a small twin room with two single beds and further storage, whilst the separate family bathroom has a step-in shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster and washing machine. The bright, spacious open plan living area includes a 40” Smart TV, ideal for those cosy nights in, utilising the free high-speed WiFi. The living room opens out onto the front deck, which enjoys sun from early morning until late afternoon, making it the perfect place for al fresco dining, or simply a relaxing drink. Towels and linen are provided but we ask that you bring your own beach/pool towels. We welcome two well behaved adult dogs. Parking is available outside the main Reception building.
