LIVING ROOM Upon crossing the home’s threshold, turn left and step into the bright and spacious living room. Natural light pours in through the bay window, highlighting a cosy sofa and armchairs arranged around a large flat-screen TV. A mirror above the fireplace adds a touch of elegance, while a second fireplace on the opposite wall, flanked by bookshelves, creates a perfect nook for curling up with a good book. KITCHEN & DINING AREA At the end of the hallway, the modern kitchen boasts sleek white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, bringing a clean and contemporary feel. The adjoining rustic farmhouse-style dining table comfortably seats eight, making it the perfect spot for shared meals or evening entertainment. GARDEN Step outside into the lush green garden, an oasis of serenity framed by well-tended vines, bushes and trees. The patio area offers comfortable wicker seating, ideal for al fresco dining or a peaceful afternoon in the sun. BEDROOMS Upstairs, the first bedroom greets you with cool blue walls and a king-sized bed, complete with ample storage in two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The principal bedroom impresses immediately with its super king-sized bed, bay windows, and additional furnishings including bedside tables, a small desk and a large wardrobe. Two more bedrooms await on the top floor, one with a double bed and the other with a single. This single bed also has features another pull-out mattress underneath the bed, perfect for sleeping another child. BATHROOMS The home features three elegant bathrooms: a stunning green-tiled bathroom with a bath and overhead shower on the first floor, the principal bedroom’s en-suite, which showcases blue accents and a spacious walk-in shower, and the top-floor bathroom, which offers a sleek shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a WC on the ground floor. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis.
