This newly renovated 1930's Bungalow is located on a pretty, quiet and residential street. A mere 15 minute walk to National Train Transport link to Central London and local towns of Kingston and Epsom. Shops, Eateries and restaurants too are a walk away. The very modern, open plan, cozy fire, well equipped kitchen, homey amenities and pretty garden add to the ambience of your stay. A great holiday choice for a family or friend's getaway, a true home away from Home. The space The Cozy Cottage is a newly refurbished 1930's bungalow, set in a quiet street close to local restaurants, shops and transport links. It has a modern fireplace for those cozy evenings along with a well equipped kitchen, walk in shower and 2 cozy bedrooms. The large bedroom has a comfy king bed, work desk/dressing table, wardrobe, single sofa bed, side tables and lamps. The smaller 2nd bedroom has a comfy double bed, dresser and mirror. The walk in shower room has a strong shower, LED mirror, toilet and a bidet shower. All linens, towels are of good quality and cotton with your comfort in mind. The open plan modern living space is well furnished with a flat screen TV, couch and a coffee table with books and games for those evenings in. The dining table opens out to the pretty garden to enjoy a feel of Alfresco dining. The kitchen has everything you need for your holiday stay. There is a washer/dryer, ironing board & Iron and a laundry dryer. The pretty garden is a lovely open space to have your meals out or to just relax with a glass of wine. There is parking on the premises on own driveway and off street parking too. There is a further roofed space, on the side of the cottage to access the outdoor area. Guest access Guests have the use of the whole cottage for their holiday stay. So it is very private for a relaxing stay. Other things to note There are 2 room to sleep 4 adult guests and one single small sofabed suitable for a child. Infant's travel cots, feeding chairs are welcome but not provided by host.
