The space The house (100mq) consists of a living room and kitchen, two bathrooms, four bedrooms (two doubles, one single, an attic with a French bed) and a panoramic terrace with a view of the lake and the surrounding hills. Around the house there are 3000mq of garden available for guests, with swimming pool (4x9mt, deep from 1.40 to 1.70mt). The house and the garden are located on top of a hill. The access road has a difference in height for 70mt. Guest access The property is for exclusive use and is not shared. The house, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests. Some work areas of the garden, cellars, technical areas of the swimming pool are prohibited. Other things to note Although it is possible to reach the nearest town (Trevignano Romano, 2km away) with a walk or by bike via the lakeside, we recommend staying with a car available in case of urgent needs.
