The villa features three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open kitchen and living room. This allows the villa to sleep 6 guests and a baby. Our 6-person villa has all the comforts. There is an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a combi microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a large fridge. The porch offers you a sitting area, spacious dining table and two sunbeds. The veranda is located on two sides of the villa, surrounded by a tropical garden. Because of this location, you can enjoy the view over the golf course, both in the sun and in the shade. Breakfast, dinner and drinks are therefore extra attractive outside. You control the temperature in the bedrooms with the conditioners and with ceiling fans. There is ample parking space next to the villa. Blue Bay is a fully gated Golf & Beach Resort with 24h security. It is a very safe and child friendly complex. You will have unlimited access to all Blue Bay facilities. The 18-hole golf course has a great view of the Caribbean Sea and offers a surprising challenge for players of all levels. Along the fairway you will encounter flamingos, pelicans and the most diverse tropical plants. Between the turning point and the green of hole 5, you even have to cross the sea. There are two complete golf sets available for guests free of charge to walk around this beautiful golf course in the apartment! As a guest of our villa, you will also receive a 20% discount on the green fee. Blue Bay Dive offers two unique dive sites, the "Wall" and the "Garden". At the PADI certified diving school, you can take a course and rent your equipment. Snorkeling is also beautiful in Blue Bay! About 5 minutes away from the resort is a large supermarket, where you can buy everything. The resort is located 8 km from Hato Airport and 9 km from Willemstad. From Blue Bay you can easily make beautiful trips by car to various beautiful coves. Electricity and water: We think the economical use of energy and water is very important. That is why we have chosen to settle energy and water separately. However, the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa is low. The average costs are about Eur 60 to 70 per villa / per week, but strongly depend on your use. Especially the air conditioning takes a lot of energy. Based on meter readings and the actual rates of the energy supplier, we will settle the amount at the end of your stay. The city tax of 7% must also be paid on the total rental amount. This will be charged separately. Enjoy the private beach with sun beds, private / shared pool for free. There is a diving club on the beach, and restaurant and bar within walking distance. After you have made a reservation, 50% of the rent must be paid, the remaining 50% must be transferred no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date.
