The villa is on the first floor, in a quiet place. Through the sliding doors you enter the large porch (70m2) at the villa, allowing you to live outside. The villa features three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open kitchen and living room. This makes the villa suitable for 6 people and a baby. The villa has three bedrooms for two people, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open kitchen and living room. This makes the villa suitable for 6 people and a baby. Our 6-person villa has all the comforts. There is an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a combi microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a large refrigerator. The porch offers you a sitting area, spacious dining table and two sun loungers. The veranda is on two sides of the villa, surrounded by a tropical garden. Because of this location, you can enjoy the view over the golf course, both in the sun and in the shade. Breakfast, dinner and drinks are therefore extra attractive outside. You control the temperature in the bedrooms with the conditioners and with ceiling fans. There is ample parking next to the villa. Blue Bay is a fully gated Golf & Beach Resort with 24-hour security. It is a very safe and child-friendly complex. You have unlimited access to all Blue Bay facilities. The 18-hole golf course has a great view of the Caribbean Sea and offers a surprising challenge for players of all levels. Along the fairway, you will encounter flamingos, pelicans and the most diverse tropical plants. Between the tee and the green of hole 5, you even have to swing across the sea. There are two complete golf sets in the apartment available for guests free of charge to play a round on this beautiful golf course! As a guest of our villa, you will also receive a 20% discount on the green fee. Blue Bay Dive offers two unique dive sites, the "Wall" and the "Garden". At the PADI certified diving school, you can take a course and rent your equipment. Snorkeling is also beautiful in Blue Bay! About 5 minutes away from the resort is a large supermarket, where you can buy everything. The resort is 8 km from Hato Airport and 9 km from Willemstad. From Blue Bay, you can easily make beautiful trips by car to various beautiful bays. However, the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa is low. The average cost is about Eur 60 to 70 per villa / per week, but depends heavily on your use. Especially the air conditioning costs a lot of energy. Based on meter readings and the actual rates of the energy supplier, we will settle the amount at the end of your stay. The tourist tax of 7% on the total rental amount must also be paid. This will be charged separately. Enjoy the private beach with sunbeds, private/shared pool for free. There is a diving club on the beach, and restaurant and bar within walking distance. After you have made a reservation, 50% of the rent must be paid, the remaining 50% must be transferred no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date. You can cancel for free up to 2 months before the arrival date. Advice: use a travel and cancellation insurance.
