The space The luxury property for rent is composed of the main villa, its annex and the gym and can accommodate up to 13 people in 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. The main building, the villa measures 500 square meters and is spread over 3 floors. The entire Lower floor includes the Spa which is accessed from the back of the villa through a living room and a service kitchen. At guests' disposal, there are various wellness services such as the Turkish bath, the Sauna, Jacuzzi (for 2-4 people), bathroom with shower, chromotherapy and massage beds. On the ground floor you are welcomed by a bright colored veranda, furnished with a fireplace, stone floors, wicker sofa and armchairs, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine. From the veranda you can access the billiard room with bar corner, the main kitchen and the elegant dining room with fireplace. Below is a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair and flat-screen TV. The floors, as well as all the furniture, are entirely made of fine wood, in black and white colors that offer the environment a pleasant and harmonious contrast. The upper floor accessible via a stone staircase, consists of 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds) that overlook the surrounding landscape, all elegantly furnished and equipped with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. On the first floor, reachable by climbing some stairs, there are two bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children) and a bathroom with shower.
