The property is arranged, master bedroom with Super King bed and twin singles bedroom served by a family bathroom in the first part of the barn. Kitchen diner with access directly to the garden. Into the lower ground floor is the games/movie room with pool table and table soccer. Additionally to the listing the single day beds in the games room can be made up for guests (this is available upon request and for children only). There is a utility room with washer/dryer and further full shower room. There is a large living/dining room with wood burner and stairs from the living/dining room lead to a single bedroom loft space. Further into the property there is a further 2 bedrooms, with king size bed and another twin single, both served by a full shower room. Large enclosed garden with seating and bbq, and parking for up to 4 or 5 cars to the front of the property. Sleeps nine if all adults or up to 11 with children Other things to note This property sleeps nine adults or 11 if at least two are children. Children can sleep on day beds in the games room. Up to two dogs accepted but garden fence is not completely dog proof
