From the apartment, you can regularly see deer and pheasants walking in the dunes. With fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and super good beds. The space A very sunny and spacious, comfortable and quiet apartment, in a prime location in Nes on Ameland, where you can unwind and get inspired! The apartment has large windows and a spacious, facade-wide balcony facing south, with a phenomenal view of the dunes and the most beautiful skies (like a painting). The apartment is also equipped with every comfort; it has, among other things, a bathtub and more than enough cutlery, crockery and (good) pans for making your own meals. In short, optimal enjoyment! The apartment is only a 300-meter walk from the forest, the most beautiful beach and the nicest beach tent in the Netherlands (beach tent Sjoerd). Every day you can enjoy a beautiful sunset on the nearby beach. You can cycle to the beautiful, historic village of Nes in just 5 minutes. From the apartment, you can regularly see deer walking through the dunes on Ameland. Pheasants and rabbits also often pass by. In addition, you can see the most beautiful skies from the apartment. On Ameland, you can still experience the ultimate island feeling. It is a great vacation destination in any season. The beautiful boat trip - where you immediately experience the holiday feeling - of about 45 minutes from Holwerd to Ameland is easy to book on the Wagenborg passenger services website; there are many departures every day. You can bring a vehicle, such as a bicycle or a car. Changing the reservation of the boat is also easy. The apartment has an area of 91 m2 and a large south-facing balcony of about 11 m2 overlooking the dunes. Here, the salty sea air often blows towards you, and when it is dark, you can see how many stars are in the sky. You can park very easily and for free at the complex. 1st floor: entrance/hall, toilet with fountain, 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with bath and separate shower. 2nd floor: landing, spacious living/dining room, kitchen, balcony of 11 m2. The balcony is sunny from the end of the morning until sunset. Of all the Dutch Wadden Islands, Ameland has the most varied nature. You can wander endlessly there (there are several hiking trails set out in the dunes, forests and along the beach), and it has no less than 100 km of cycling paths. On Ameland, you can also practice various water sports, such as kayaking, surfing, beach sailing and (sloop) rowing on the Wadden Sea at the Claas Sipkes rowing club. You can also climb and golf, and there is a public swimming pool. The spacious kitchen has a lot of light and is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker and a regular coffee maker. In addition to 4 box springs, consisting of a double bed and two single beds, the apartment has a separate, fold-out mattress and a dining room chair for a 5th guest. If desired, towels and tea towels can be rented on request. Smoking and pets are not allowed. In the months of June, July and August, it is usually rented per week, arrival day Friday or Saturday. In the other periods, it is possible to rent a week (arrival day Friday or Saturday), a midweek (from Monday to Friday; 4 nights) or a weekend (from Friday to Monday; 3 nights).
