Downstairs, there’s a single room along with a family shower room, while upstairs a double bedroom and a room with versatile zip-and-link beds share the family bathroom. Outdoors, there are two gardens, a flower-edged front lawn and an enclosed rear garden that’s ideal for kids and dogs to play safely. A traditional seaside town on the North Norfolk coast, Cromer boasts a gorgeous sandy beach, a Victorian pier and rows of colourful beach huts. Fresh seafood dominates in the local cafes and restaurants with plenty of delicious fish and chips and delicious Cromer crab. The Pavilion Theatre entertains families with variety shows, while the town’s heritage and deep connection to the RNLI can be seen at the lifeboat station at the end of the pier and local museum. Walkers can pick up the coast path in both directions, with the neighbouring seaside town of Sheringham (4 miles) offering a heritage steam train and Sheringham Park.
