Welcome to Casa di Anna, a charming retreat at the foot of Mount Quarin, in the heart of Cormòns. Enjoy a spacious terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. Surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills, the house is an ideal base for discovering local wineries, picturesque villages and the cultural treasures of Friuli Venezia Giulia, with the Adriatic coast within easy reach. A place to slow down, unwind and experience the authentic beauty of the region. The space The 67 sqm house, recently renovated, retains its traditional charm combined with a modern touch to guarantee maximum comfort. It is part of a rural house immersed in the vineyards and nature of Monte Quarin. It is spread over three floors. The ground floor offers the opportunity to store your motorbikes, bicycles and/or e-bikes indoors. On the first floor there is a bright living room, the kitchen equipped with induction hob and dishwasher, the large bathroom with window in which there is a washing machine and, the jewel in the crown of the property, a large equipped terrace. In the living room there is a double sofa bed for two additional guests and a desk for remote working. On the second floor we have a bedroom with a double bed, with air conditioning, and a bedroom with a single bed, this one also has air conditioning. Parking is available in the private courtyard, closed by a sliding gate. The center is less than 700 m away, the train station is almost 1.5 km away. In Cormòns there are all essential services, supermarkets, pharmacies, laundromats, Bar, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. Historic cities such as Cividale, Udine, Gorizia, Palmanova, Trieste, Aquileia and Grado, each with its unique charm and thousand-year history, are easily reachable from here. Guest access From the street you enter a common courtyard through a gate for cars or a smaller one for people. From this you access a private courtyard, where you can park your car, closed by a sliding door. From here you go up through stone stairs to the first floor where there is the terrace and the entrance to the house. Access to the second floor, the bedroom floor, is via a wooden staircase. Other things to note The property is equipped with smart monitor for streaming; there is no TV with traditional channels. It is not a hotel, and therefore cannot provide additional services (e.g. daily cleaning, linen change during your stay, provision of meals or drinks).
