The entrance to the Li Cossi beach trail is a 10-minute walk from the house. The pool is available for guests to cool off and enjoy the view of Costa Paradiso. The furnishings of the house capture the colors of the sea and the surrounding nature. The space Our villa has been furnished and designed to offer a unique sea living experience and reflects the light and natural colors of the surrounding nature, offering guests an immediate feeling of freshness, brightness and elegance. All the furniture in each room is completely new. The kitchen has an induction top and dishwasher, the living room has a dining table with 4 chairs and a practical and comfortable sofa bed; there is another table with 6 chairs outside for lunch or dinner outdoors with a breathtaking view of the coast enjoying the unique sunsets of Costa Paradiso. One bedroom has a double bed, closet and en-suite windowed bathroom (with shower) as well as a small private veranda to enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea with maximum privacy. The second bedroom has two single beds side-by-side to make the vacation ideal for a family. There is also a second bathroom with a window (with a shower). At the back of the house there is an outdoor shower, very useful when you return from the beach or pool, and a comfortable washing machine with clothesline. At guests' disposal there is also a large pool shared with the other residential units of the residence, in an elevated position on the cliff to relax and cool off enjoying the panoramic view of the Gulf of Costa Paradiso. The swimming pool remains open from May 15 to October 15. Guest access The house, the 3 outdoor verandas are available exclusively for the guest. The swimming pool is shared with the other villas in the residence. Other things to note The villa can be reached from the parking lot for exclusive use of the residence via a few steps. About a 15-minute walk you can reach the various shops in the center of Costa Paradiso (bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, clothing stores, fishmongers, butcher, baker, etc.), the marina for docking and dinghy rental, and the enchanting trail to Li Cossi beach (about 15 minutes on foot), set among the granite rocks and unique for the location, the surrounding landscape and the colors of the sea. Also, please do not leave food or remnants of food or garbage cans inside or outside the house after meals to avoid the arrival of ants or other wild animals in the area (e.g. wild boar).
