The space Outdoors and Swimming Pool The farmhouse is characterized by a garden of approximately 130 m2, enriched with flowers, bushes, trees and partially fenced with natural hedges. The property includes 3 hectares of cultivated land with fruit trees, olive trees, vines and wheat, where it is possible to take long walks. At the back, in a section of the lawn garden in a quiet and slightly elevated position, is the rectangular swimming pool measuring 11x4.50 with a depth of 1,20 metres. The surrounding paved solarium area is equipped with 11 sun loungers, 4 deck chairs, 5 umbrellas, outdoor hot shower, stone-built barbecue, table with chairs for outdoor dining, 2 outdoor lounges. From here, via a communicating internal door, it is possible to access the "Pesco" apartment which also has an independent entrance from the outside (1 step). This apartment is composed of a small living room with TV, table, two chairs and a comfortable queen size sofa bed, kitchen corner (sink, 4 burner hob, oven, small fridge, espresso pod machine, kettle), 1 double bedroom which is accessible via two steps, 1 bathroom with shower. An outdoor staircase (9 steps) leads to the first floor consisting of a small terrace with a table and 4 chairs, ideal for a drink at sunset. Here we find the largest apartment, "il Melograno", which opens onto a small living room with TV, sofa for 2 and table, itself opening onto a larger living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchen (electric oven, 5 burner hob, fridge with freezer, extractor fan, toaster, moka coffee machine and espresso pods, juicer, kettle) with a pool view and a table which can comfortably sit 8 people, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower which can be accessed by going down two steps.
