The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three balconies and a small garden. The apartment is organized on two levels connected by an internal staircase (pay more attention if you are traveling with small children). The space is organized as follows: >LOWER LEVEL - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table/desk, TV and access to the balcony; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, access to the balcony and garden; - BATHROOM I with shower, sink and toilet; - BALCONY equipped with table, chairs and canopy; - SMALL PRIVATE GARDEN (accessible from the balcony of the kitchenette). >UPPER LEVEL - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM II with shower, sink, bidet, toilet; - TWO BALCONIES (accessible from the bedrooms). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Arezzo Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
