The space Alexandra Place is a spacious, modern three-bedroom holiday home in the charming Suffolk village of Walberswick, just across the River Blyth from Southwold. Built in 2012 and well insulated for year-round comfort, it is a welcoming base for families, couples or friends exploring the coast. The lounge has central heating, a wood-burning stove, modern TV, Wi-Fi, streaming access and a small guest library. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer, crockery and utensils, with a separate utility room offering a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a ground-floor accessible WC. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two bedrooms can be arranged as singles or doubles, while the third is a smaller single room, sleeping up to five guests in total. Each bedroom has hanging space and drawers, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided. The bathroom has a steel bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.
