Located in the district of Viganello, just a few steps from the historic center of Lugano, the City Escape is the perfect place for a relaxing stay. The space The flat is situated on the ground floor of a quiet residential complex, where the peace of nature blends harmoniously with the vitality of the city. This property features a cozy living room with a comfortable leather sofa, a cabinet equipped with a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4 people. From here, a French door leads to the large furnished balcony overlooking the communal green areas, ideal for enjoying a meal outdoors or simply relaxing. The kitchen, separate from the living room, is fully equipped and includes a practical counter with two stools, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. The flat has two double bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other bathroom, available to all guests, has a shower and modern furnishings. Completing this splendid property is the communal swimming pool, set in a lush garden and at the complete disposal of guests during the warmer months. A set of towels is included with the stay for each person, along with sheets, blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessities for breakfast. Wifi is free and available to guests. The flat has a private parking space in the shared garage. Smoking is prohibited. Any commercial activity inside the flat is forbidden.
