Living Area: Upside-down layout with open-plan living space offering panoramic views of the golf course and balcony access. - Kitchen: Well-equipped with a dual gas oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. - Bathrooms: En suite shower room in the main bedroom and a family bathroom with modern amenities. Outdoor: Large balcony for al fresco dining, ground-floor deck with hot tub and rattan egg chair. - Location: Set on Caldecott Hall estate with access to two golf courses, a spa, swimming pool, and bar. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay! Other things to note We engage the services of a professional management company to ensure we are always contactable, and your stay is stress free. Please note the cleaning fee includes the full house cleaning, linen, towels, a hot-tub clean & refill between each stay. Please kindly note: In the winter and on cold days the hot tub may not be heated on the first evening they check in as we have to do a full water change between stays and it heats at about 1 degree an hour when the outside temp is around freezing, with the lid on. (Obviously in summer it is is much faster). Guests may wish to bring extra towels for the hot tub, and remember swimming costumes. Remember to bring pods for the coffee machine. There is a washing machine available, but please bring powder if intending to use.
