The spacious apartment all'Ulivo (61m2) is an integral part of our Boutique-BnB Country House Montessino and features a separate entrance as well as a private garden seating area with a dining table, chairs, and a sunshade, where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You're not just booking an apartment, but also able to enjoy the services and amenities of the entire resort in nature! The space The former winemaker's house from 1850 is situated at the top of a hill in Monferrato (a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2014) offering a wonderful view. This absolutely peaceful location amidst nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment has its separate entrance but is still part of the main building of the Boutique-B&B Country House Montessino – adults only, so you have access to all the facilities of the Country House Montessino. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favorite dishes and then enjoy them to the fullest in your cozy, private seating area. Please note the opening hours! Children aged 16 and above are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Guest access The infrastructure of Country House Montessino – adults only, with a large garden, loungers and parasols, a seasonal saltwater pool, outdoor whirlpool, as well as a yoga room, fitness room, and Zen island open year-round – is available for you and is shared with the few guests of Country House Montessino. Treat yourself to a soothing massage or relax in our private sauna (additional fee). Other things to note The price includes costs for electricity and heating (during the winter months). To save energy and protect the environment, we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning when you're not in the apartment.
