This 1960s house has been renovated with great care so that our family can spend happy and peaceful days there. Our plan now is to enjoy new adventures and travel experiences with our 9-year-old daughter, and for that we want to share our living spaces with you as soon as we are not there... With us you will find all the comfort and necessities for an enjoyable stay with family or friends... The space This large 200 m² house with garden and swimming pool is located in the Tarn countryside. This will be an opportunity for you to shine and discover our beautiful region in the Toulouse-Albi-Carcassonne triangle, reach the sea or the Pyrenees in just 2 hours by car, or enjoy the facilities offered by the house (swimming pool, barbecue, basketball hoop, trampoline, inflatable castle, slide, reading or board games by the stove...) The air-conditioned, spacious and very bright ground floor offers a very large living room comprising on one side a large living room (with 2-seater sofa bed) and on the other a large modern kitchen fully equipped and open to the bar area, dining area and 2nd cozy living room near the wood stove. You will also find on the ground floor, a toilet and a bathroom with large walk-in shower. The 1st floor serves 3 large bedrooms, a separate toilet and another bathroom with a walk-in shower. * Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed * Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed * Bedroom 3: 140 cm bed + 140 cm bed (convertible sofa bed) For the formalities, a rental agreement and a deposit cheque of €500 will be requested at the time of booking. Other things to note 3 hens also joined our home in November to the delight of our daughter and our taste buds, since you will find fresh eggs every morning... You will just have to make sure that they return every night to their nearby henhouse and close the big door of the henhouse... We also have a cat that is absolutely autonomous and very cuddly. He enters and exits via a cat flap installed in the small living room. Just give him 60 g of kibble during the day in his bowl and put him in the laundry room at night.
