The apartment is on the ground floor with its own parking space right in front of the apartment. E-bikes can be set and charged in the locked garage (charging option also for electric cars). On weekdays, the buses run every half hour in both directions. The stop is a 2-minute walk. The nearest small train station is 2.7 km away. A coffee house, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, pizzeria, tobacconist, bank and bakery are within walking distance. By arrangement, bicycles and SUP (Enns river in about 300 m as the crow flies) can be borrowed.
